WHO IS BE DESIGNED?
Be Designed is a Design & Styling Studio founded in 2012, offering Interior Design & Event styling services with a passion for creating beautiful and functional designs.
Our Wedding & Event Styling services include styling and coordination, hire, floral design and Invitations & stationery.
Our Design services include Residential Interior Design & Styling but our services don’t just stop at home, Be Designed also specialise in commercial & hospitality design.

WEDDING & EVENT FAQ
DO YOU HAVE A STUDIO?
We sure do, Our HQ is located in Fairy meadow. We have everything in one place- office, warehouse, floral studio and meeting space.
Please get in touch to book an appointment to view our hire inventory or meet with our team.
DO YOU REQUIRE A MINIMUM FLORAL BUDGET?
Yes, we have a minimum spend of $3,000 for weddings and $500.00 for smaller events
DO YOU REQUIRE A MINIMUM HIRE BUDGET?
No, you can hire as many hire items from our inventory range as you like with free pick up and return from our warehouse in Fairy Meadow. Delivery also available upon request.
WHAT IS THE AVERAGE COST OF AN ALL INCLUSIVE WEDDING?
Most of our weddings fall between 8K-18K which includes Ceremony & Reception styling + set up fees, hire items, decorative flowers, bridal flowers, stationery and delivery + pick up. However you can book as little or as much as you like.
CAN YOU WORK WITH MY BUDGET FOR MY WEDDING OR EVENT?
Definitely, we understand how expensive weddings & events can be so we itemise all of our quotes so you can see what everything costs. We then work with your budget and suggest the best way moving forward to get the most out of it without changing the overall look and feel of your wedding or event.
DO YOU OFFER SPECIFIC PACKAGES OR IS EVERYTHING CUSTOMISED?
We do offer packages as a guide for our services only however everything is customised. We believe that every wedding, event or project and is different so we ensure all booking are created to suit the clients individual requests.
DO YOU HAVE A PORTFOLIO OF WEDDINGS & EVENTS THAT I CAN BROWSE?

ARE YOU INSURED?
Yes, Be Designed holds a Public Liability Policy. We would be happy to provide a copy of the Certificate of Currency, just ask.
DO YOU TRAVEL? DO YOU CHARGE A DELIVERY FEE?
Yes, all enquiries are welcome. Travel fees are itemised into the initial quote and depend on the distance we need to travel.
HOW FAR IN ADVANCE DO I NEED TO SECURE YOUR SERVICES?
It’s never too early to enquire/ book your wedding, event or project.
We have couples contact us as early as 2 years out from their wedding day so dates book out very quickly.
We can fit in our Design project between weddings & events
HOW MUCH IS THE DEPOSIT AND WHEN IS IT DUE?
For our wedding and event bookings the deposit is 30% of your total invoice. This is due within 7 days of approving your quote to ensure your date/ booking is secured.
WHEN IS THE FINAL PAYMENT DUE? AND CAN I MAKE CHANGES ALONG THE WAY?
Final payment is due 1 month prior to the wedding day. Changes can be made to the invoice up until this date, however changes can be no greater than 20% of the total invoice.
We will meet before this (around 4-6 weeks prior) to confirm all the details and make any changes if needed.
HOW DO RECEIVE A QUOTE FROM YOU AND HOW LONG CAN I EXPECT TO WAIT FOR THE QUOTE?
You will receive a quote within a 14 day period of your initial consultation with us.
The quote is then valid for 7 days before we open up the date again to potential clients

INTERIOR & DESIGN FAQ
CAN YOU JUST SOURCE FURNITURE & STYLING ITEMS SUCH AS ARTWORK, DÉCOR ITEMS, RUGS ETC?
Absolutely! This service would fall into our Interior styling service for a more hands on approach and E-decorating for a DIY approach.
WHAT IS BE DESIGNED INTERIORS DESIGN’S STYLE?
We don’t subscribe to a just one particular design style (although we definatly have our favourites), As creative professionals we enjoy working on a variety of project styles, this keeps business fresh and interesting.
I NEED HELP SELECTING OUR FINISHES AND MATERIALS FOR OUR NEW BUILD OR RENOVATION.
We are here to help, we can customise any quote to suit each client and project, we can take the reins and source all materials and finishes for you and present them to you in a presentation or we can assist you in a meeting with some selections you might already have but need some professional advice in pulling it all together.
SHOULD I DECORATE THE WHOLE HOUSE AT ONCE OR ONE ROOM AT A TIME?
We are happy to work on one space at a time, or tackle the project as a whole. Whatever works best for you.

HOW MUCH IS THE DEPOSIT AND WHEN IS IT DUE?
The deposit is 50% of our service fee at the beginning of the project and the remaining 50% at the end of the project.
For any furniture items we have to purchase for you full payment is required before placing the order (unless the furniture store has any payment plans in place for you to take advantage of)
